Free first-time home buyers seminar offered Aug. 17 in Lewes

August 11, 2017

Renting seems like the best option for many, but that requires a significant investment up front just like purchasing a home. And, with paying rent every month, no equity is built. The rent money is building income for someone else.

Why not consider buying a home, condominium or townhome? Some people may feel certain they can't buy, but many are surprised when they hear about opportunities that first-time home buyers can take advantage of in Delaware.

Plan to attend a free seminar Thursday, Aug. 17, at 5:30 p.m. to hear from an expert real estate broker and an expert mortgage lending officer who truly enjoy working with first time home buyers. The 90-minute seminar will wrap up with a knowledgeable insurance professional who will explain everything needed to know about homeowner's insurance, which is required by mortgage lenders.

And the best thing about this seminar? Ask questions of the three speakers. Why not attend to find out whether home buying can be part of near future goals!

The seminar will be held at Hope Realty, 12001 Old Vine Boulevard, Unit 105, Lewes. Speakers are Patricia LaRosa, loan originator, Acopia Home Loans; Collena Hope, broker/owner Hope Realty; and Christopher Mason, Liberty Mutual Insurance.
