Many healthcare practitioners recommend Tai Chi to their patients for its health benefits which have been found to lower blood pressure, improve balance, reduce inflammation and support overall well-being.

Deb Davies is a certified Tai Chi teacher with the Tai Chi Foundation which teaches the Short Yang Form as taught by Professor Cheng Man Ch'ing. She has been a student of Tai Chi since 1991 and teaching since 1993. In addition, she teaches meditation, is a reiki master and teacher, and a recently retired licensed massage therapist.
