Cousens and his wife relocated to the Bethany Beach area two years ago. They both were real estate agents for Long and Foster in Ellicott City, Md., and worked successfully with clients in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Having personally experienced purchasing a second home and then relocating to Ocean View, Cousens wanted to continue his career with Long and Foster because with the firm’s cutting-edge technology and focus on exceptional service, he knew he could better assist his clients. Cousens also has years of experience as a new home community salesperson.
