New to the area or simply a local looking for a great restaurant opportunity, well, the Georgetown-Millsboro Rotary Club in conjunction with the Cape Gazette has a deal for you.
The Georgetown-Millsboro Rotary Club continues to sell the Cape Gazette Restaurant Cards as a fundraiser and economic development effort for our local restaurants.
Our share of the monies raised, $10 per card, all, that's every penny, goes back into our communities to help those needing a helping hand.
The Cape Gazette Discount Restaurant Cards are good until April 30. The list shows which restaurants are on the 2017 Cape Gazette list, and there are 29 of them including some newcomers and some old favorites. The discount card is still only $20 for $435 worth of discounts.
The card provides you a $15 discount off a second entrée at select restaurants. And what a selection of restaurants the card includes:
a(MUSE.), The Backyard, Bangkok Thai Cuisine, Beachside Bar & Grill, Blackwall Hitch, The Brick, The Café on 26, Casa DiLeo, Cilantro, The Clubhouse at Baywood, Crust & Craft, A Different Kitchen, Eden, Fish On, Forgotten Mile Ale House, Go Brit, Indigo, JAM Bistro, Jerry's Seafood, Just in Thyme, Kindle, Lefty's Alley & Eats, Mariachi, Matt's Fish Camp, The Pond, Rehoboth Ale House, Rose & Crown, Striper Bites, The Vineyard Wine Bar & Bistro.
Are you a Realtor needing a buyer thank-you gift? The usual bottle of wine or champagne remembers you once to the buyer. The Cape Gazette Discount Restaurant Cards brings you to their attention 29 times for the same money.
Or maybe you need a welcome to the neighborhood gift for a new community member...what better way to help them learn about our incredible restaurants and to show support to our restaurants who now stay open year round than by giving them a restaurant card as a gift.
Or perhaps, like the rest of us, you are simply trying to make a dollar go a little further.
Whatever the reason contact us at 607-215-1427 by text or message or email us at Raybrookloj@hotmail.com.
We consider this fundraiser as an effort to help thank our local restaurants, who fight the economic challenges of staying open year round, by staying open in the off season and by raising funds that enable us to promote the Rotary motto of Service Above Self by giving the funds we raise back to our communities.
