Get Twice Baked in Rehoboth grand opening Sept. 16-17

Chef and baker Pam Minhas is holding the grand opening of her new Twice Baked coffee shop and bakery in Rehoboth Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 16 and 17. Twice Baked is the second location of her successful Baked in Dewey Beach, and it offers a wide selection of sandwiches, coffees (including cold brew) and baked goods. Twice Baked is open year-round.

Known for the morning stickybuns, Twice Baked is located in the old Starbucks space in the Harbor Square shopping center next door to Pickled Pig Pub and Grandpa Mac. Live music starts Saturday at noon with The Girlfriends, and at 3 p.m., The Rehoboth Foodie will broadcast the Sip & Bite radio show live from in front of the store. During the show, there will be free samples from the regular and catering menus, special discounts and lots of fun for the entire center.

On Sunday, Bettenroo will perform starting at noon in the parking lot, and there will be more specials and free samples for all who attend.
