Greenwood party ends in stabbing

Police are investigating after two men were stabbed Oct. 29 during a Greenwood party.

Police responded to a home in the 5800 block of Druccs Way in Greenwood at 2:38 a.m. after a report that a 20-year-old man was stabbed in the upper torso, said Master Cpl. Melissa Jaffe of the Delaware State Police.

The man was taken to an area hospital where he was admitted with nonlife-threatening injuries.

While at the party, police learned a second man was taken to a hospital for stab wounds. The second man, also 20, was stabbed in the lower torso and he was admitted with nonlife-threatening injuries.

Jaffe said there were 150 at the party when a large fight broke out.
