Home Solutions Property Services earns accreditation

Home Solutions Property Services of Milford has earned Accredited Member status in the National Home Watch Association. The association was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for home watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada.

Since 1995, Cheryl Myers and Lisa Roddis have owned and managed AmeriSpec of Delaware. They handle all aspects of the business and ensure that the highest quality of customer service is provided to both realtors and their clients. In 2016, they expanded their services to include home watch.

Myers handles all management and marketing aspects of the business. She has been recognized as Affiliate of the Year with both the New Castle County and Sussex County boards of realtors. Shel also served as secretary for the Sussex County Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors, in addition to chairing its Ways and Means Committee for two years; she was also recognized as an Affiliate of the Year for this organization.

Roddis is a licensed home inspector in the states of Delaware and Maryland, and is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. She manages the team of home watch professionals and ensures agent/customer satisfaction.

Home Solutions Property Services expands upon the services offered by AmeriSpec by providing superior home watch services, home maintenance checks and environmental services.
