Mr. Jack Bucchioni, a Democrat, is going to run against Republican Steve Smyk in District 20.
"Bucchioni said he would like to attract more doctors to the underserved district by relaxing the licensing and testing process for doctors moving to Delaware from other states.
"Doctors already have passed national licensing medical exams, he said." Does he think relaxing the standards for the doctors coming to Delaware will help the people of Sussex County? Enough said.
