Active Adults Realty owners Kathy Sperl-Bell, broker and Bill Bell, associate broker, are pleased to welcome Ingrid Kollist, Realtor, to their team in Lewes.
Kollist, a New York native, moved to Lewes in 2015 after a 30-year career with the U.S. Department of State which took her to Helsinki, Tallinn, Stockholm, Berlin and Tel Aviv. She also spent many years in the Washington, D.C. area, visiting Lewes on summer weekends.
"I found a career in real estate a natural fit for someone who has experienced firsthand the many challenges of relocating, and buying and selling homes.
