Insight Homes to host ribbon cutting at new model April 21

April 9, 2018

Insight Homes invites community residents and the general public to the grand opening and ribbon cutting event for their newest furnished model in Stonewater Creek from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, April 21, at 24826 Shoreline Drive, Millsboro. With much success in their previous section, The Woods at Stonewater Creek, Insight Homes team members are excited to continue their work in the Stonewater Creek community. Their newest section, The Reserve at Stonewater Creek, has already seen a great deal of attention from prospective homebuyers.

With spacious half-acre or larger lots, many of which border tree lines, and a freshly remodeled community clubhouse, fitness center, pool and tennis court, the Stonewater Creek community is popular with locals and vacationers alike. The larger lots also offer homeowners the ability to purchase Insight’s wider floor plans and even allow for options like a three-car garage with side entry. A convenient location, just minutes from Long Neck, Millsboro, Georgetown and the beaches, makes The Reserve at Stonewater Creek the perfect community for year-round or seasonal living.

The new furnished model is Insight’s Whatley floor plan featuring the popular Coastal elevation. As one of Insight’s top-selling floor plans, the Whatley offers families maximum versatility. Out of the box, the Whatley features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private, first-floor owner’s suite with expansive walk-in closet, two-car garage and a spacious kitchen with wooden cabinets and granite countertops. The Whatley was voted Best Green Home by the Home Builders Association of Delaware in 2016. A plethora of options, including a second story with up to three additional bedrooms, makes the Whatley a popular floor plan due to its ability to be personalized infinitely.

Furnished by a professional interior design team, the model exudes a chic and elegant feel with a coastal flair. “The Whatley was one of our best sellers in 2017,” said Insight Homes Marketing Manager  Lisa Thornton. “It’s one of my favorite floor plans we offer. The Coastal elevation with its board-and-batten trim, metal roof accents, and charming round windows has a ton of curb appeal. Once people see this beautifully furnished model, we anticipate the sales of our Whatley to increase further over the next year.”
