Intermediate drawing class begins at Rehoboth Art League March 27

March 21, 2018

Those who want to see their drawings move to another level should consider joining the Intermediate Drawing class from 6:15 to 8:45 p.m., Tuesdays, March 27 to May 1, at the Rehoboth Art League. The instructor, local artist Joe Terrone, will show the class how to elevate their work through a strengthening of foundation skills and an expansion of creative abilities. Students will also zone in on composition and concepts, and develop ideas to help their drawings become works of art. The cost of the six-week class is $165 per person for members and $200 for nonmembers.

Terrone has been a plein air painter for 30-plus years and an abstract painter prior to that. He combines both methods in a unique teaching style which allows for freedom of expression and strong foundation skills, exhibiting a sensitivity to each student's needs.

To register, go to www.rehobothartleague.org or call the league at 302-227-8408, Ext. 112. All classes are held at the Rehoboth Art League, located at 12 Dodds Lane in Henlopen Acres.

The Rehoboth Art League is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making art accessible to all. This program is made possible, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. The division promotes Delaware arts events on www.DelawareScene.com.
