Isabel Velasquez-Perez, 56, of Georgetown, passed away Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016, at Christiana Care Health Systems. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, Dec. 14, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 202 Edward St., Georgetown, at 6 p.m., at where friends may call beginning at 4 p.m. Interment will be in Guatemala.
