Is it proper to say God these days?

September 23, 2016

I am an 84-year-old woman who sees this great country of ours crumbling before my eyes.

Tell Kaepernick and the other disrespectful NFL players to take some of their millions and give it to those they feel are impoverished or go to some other country that would treat them better than the USA.

Now we even see parents allowing their Little League teams to do the same. I am shocked. Thank God I raised my child to respect the flag.

My husband spent a year in a foxhole in Korea, and my brother was a paratrooper in World War II. Fortunately, my family made it home. For those who didn't, and for those who fought, died and made it home I am eternally grateful. God bless this country - or is it proper to say God these days?
