Jack Bucchioni will serve District 20 proudly

March 23, 2018

We live in a world today when many individuals seem consumed with "me." Whether we reflect on our elected officials, corporate executives, and unfortunately, even some of our clergy, we see a picture in which far too many individuals seem to be consumed about self, with less and less regard for the masses of individuals whom they have been chosen to represent and serve.

As a matter of fact, I would venture to say that servant leadership in which one truly is committed first to the "will of the people for the people and by the people" is becoming as antiquated as our forefathers who exemplified vision in stewarding us as a nation, and more perfect union into a nurturing community of justice, domestic tranquility, common defense, welfare, liberty, and posterity.

That is why the candidacy of Jack Bucchioni for the state House of Delaware District 20 is so very important. Jack does not have to run for office. He has had a most successful career, has helped and continues to help individuals from all walks of life, and to give of his time, talents and means to accomplish extraordinary achievements.

As a member of the board of directors of Somerset Academy, his involvement helped us to find solutions to problems that could have resulted in our demise. Instead, we are proud today to be in a first-class facility serving children and families with certified teachers using nationally recognized curriculum as a STAR-rated provider of early childhood education.

Jack will be a friend to the citizens of District 20. He will use his unique creativity and business acumen to increase revenues, accomplish goals, research state-of-art technological advances, and solve complex problems. He will serve all the people, and treat everyone with decency, respect and fairness. Jack has the uncanny ability to listen, strategically define problems and methodically resolve the most challenging issues. His mastery at negotiating solutions has been victorious all around the world. I know because it is at the root of his exemplary success in business and life for many, many years.

I am so thankful that he is my friend. I am thankful he is willing to represent the citizens of District 20 and to be a real leader for all people. In a world of "me," Jack is a man of character willing to take a stand for you, just like he stood and fought for the academy and the children and families we serve. He deserves our support and vote!
