Having been immersed in the day-to-day energy of the beach area for over 14 years, Zoccola brings firsthand knowledge of most neighborhoods as well as the cultural and civic opportunities that Sussex County offers. Along with a background as a sales and marketing professional, she is an accomplished creative writer, videographer and a certified legal video specialist, and she owned a Delaware-based video production company for over 20 years. Combining her art and film background, she promises a creative twist in marketing homes and provides personalized, thoughtful customer service, just the way it used to be.
Zoccola enjoys the beach, dancing, football and golf.
