James ‘Taxi’ Wesley Fagg, loved Rehoboth

April 26, 2017

James "Taxi" Wesley Fagg, 53, of Lewes, left this Earth Friday, April 7, 2017, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, after a two-year battle with cancer. He was born Saturday, Sept. 21, 1963, in Wilmington, son of Catherine (Holcomb) Fagg and the late Wesley J. Fagg.

Known for his raspy voice and outspoken opinions, James always drew a crowd anywhere he went. He loved his small town of Rehoboth Beach and could always be found helping someone in need, eating a Louie's grinder, or just enjoying the ocean view. James always told his children: "When you leave this world, leave your mark, not your stain."

James is survived by his wife, Terry; his loving mother, Catherine; his three children: Brooke, Wesley and Andrew; his brother Rocky; and his three beloved grandchildren, who loved their "Granddude."

A Celebration of James' Life will be held Saturday, May 13, in front of the Henlopen Hotel at 1 p.m., where James loved to spend his down time. All are welcome!! "Rehoboth Beach, Come On Vacation, Leave on Probation!"

Arrangements handled by Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
