Jane Kathryn Shindledecker, 95, of Lewes, passed away Friday, Jan. 5, 2018.
She was born Jan. 31, 1922, in Dubois, Pa., daughter of the late Earl Clifford and Althea Johnston. Mrs. Shindledecker was preceded in death by her beloved husband Leonard Ivan in 1987.
She is survived by her son, Eric Johnston Shindledecker, former owner of Sharky's Grill in Dewey Beach.
All services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Mrs. Shindledecker's memory to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Delaware, 1300 Grant Ave., Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19806.
