John Reffner joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced the addition of John Reffner to the firm. He is licensed with the Rehoboth branch and has been a licensed Coldwell Banker real estate agent for over 15 years. He started his real estate career in central Pennsylvania with Coldwell Banker Town and Country Real Estate. He garnered numerous awards while working there including recognition as a member of the Diamond Society, the Sterling Society, Top Selling Agent in 2009 and 2010, and multiple occurrences as top monthly lister, seller and overall producer.
Many of Reffner’s selling years averaged over $5,000,000 in transactions. He specializes in high-end premier properties.
Reffner graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in education. As a teacher, he focused on teaching Spanish to his students with much success. When an opportunity arose to work in the hospitality industry, Reffner accepted and met the challenge with enthusiasm and style. He received many promotions for his efforts.
After some time in the hotel industry, Reffner because a licensed Realtor. This was such a great fit for him. He has loved this career choice ever since. His client relationships and their needs are his top priority and now he is again making a difference in the lives of his clients.
Sussex County has long been a vacation retreat for Reffner. He loved it so much that he made the move to call Lewes home on a permanent year-round basis. The beauty of the beaches and the sea, along with the social scene are all a perfect fit.
