John Syphard joins Bethany Beach Patterson-Schwartz

Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate has announced that John Syphard joined the Bethany Beach sales team. He is a former middle and high school social studies teacher with a master’s degree in economics. Originally from Glen Arm, Md., he is an Ocean View resident with his real estate license in Delaware. He is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
