Lewes Yacht Club hosted the Junior Olympic Sailing Festival July 13 and 14 with more than 150 young sailors competing in three classes: Club 420, Laser Radial, and Optimist.
Races were cut short on the first day of competition when an afternoon storm rolled over the Delaware Bay. Action picked up early Thursday morning with at least four races expected.
