February 17, 2018

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced the addition of Keith Armstrong to its team of experienced real estate professionals in Rehoboth Beach.

Armstrong graduated from Brick Township High School in Brick, N.J., then went on to graduate from Trenton State College (now known as The College of New Jersey) in 1994 with a BS in elementary education. After teaching fifth grade for three years at Woodcrest Elementary School in Cherry Hill, N.J., Armstrong started studying law at Rutger University School of Law - Camden, N.J., graduating with high honors in 2000.

He completed a federal clerkship with the Hon. In 2004, he left Dechert and continued in the field of commercial real estate finance as a transaction manager and ultimately, an asset manager for GMAC Commercial Mortgage, which transformed into Capmark Finance. After leaving Capmark Finance, Armstrong continued his career in commercial real estate finance, primarily with the law firm of Andrascik & Tita.

Armstrong was recently licensed in Delaware, and his extensive background and education will prove invaluable to his buyer and seller clients.

"I am very pleased that Keith made the choice to join Coldwell Banker Resort Realty and our team of highly trained professionals," said Bruce Plummer, broker and chief operating officer, Coldwell Banker Resort Realty.
