Keller Williams Delaware Beaches announces 2017 top producers

Keller Williams Realty Delaware Beaches recently announced its 2017 top producers at its annual awards meeting. The annual awards recognize the top sales agents in all Keller Williams locations in southeastern Sussex County.

Associate broker William Hand of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office ended 2017 as the real estate company's top producer.

Sales associates and associate brokers earning honors for 2017 sales volume exceeding $10 million were Anne Powell, Courtney Bouloucon, and Jen Hughes, all of the West Fenwick office.

Sales associates and associate brokers earning honors for 2017 sales volume exceeding $6 million were Val Ellenberger, Michael Kennedy, Joann Glussich, and William Lucks, all of the Lewes office; Karla Morgan of the West Fenwick office; and Robert Kauffman of the Bethany Beach office.

Other sales associates and associate brokers recognized for their performance in 2017 were William Hand for new listing units, new listing volume and listing volume sold; and Kauffman for listing units sold and closed written units.

Team Seaside Seven of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office ended 2017 as the real estate company's top team. Seaside 7 consists of Ann Baker, Christina Antonioli, Laurie McFaul, Tammy Hadder, Anna Meiklejohn, Shelby Smith and Sarah Schifano.

Teams earning honors for 2017 sales volume exceeding $15 million were Delaware Beach Home Team of the Bethany Beach office (Dayna Feher, Tammy Mushrush, Pam Pridgeon, Jeff Wolfenbarger and Rich Riddle), Rehoboth Beach Realty Group (Erin Lee, Erica Winn, Michael Brown) and Don Williams Group of the Lewes office (Don Williams, Emily Williams, Liz Williams, Tripp Williams, Geoff Howard, Marian Campo, Cameron McCain, Al Persico and Justin Dinorscia).

Teams earning honors for 2017 sales volume exceeding $10 million were The Thomas Team of the Lewes office (Tom Schoenbeck, Sally Laux and Apryl Parcher), Sea2Tee of the Bethany Beach office (Missy Nalewaik and Karen Sergison), Colleen Windrow Group of the Marketplace office (Colleen Windrow and Jane Baxter) and Beach Home Real Estate Professionals of the Bethany Beach office (Chris Allen, Peggy Mullen, Barbara Melone and Jill Donohue).

Other teams recognized for their performance in 2017 were Seaside 7 for new listing units, new listing volume and listing volume sold; and Rehoboth Beach Realty Group for listing sold units and closed written units.

Additional 2017 kudos went to Chrisy Tingle of the Bethany Beach office for the highest residential property listed, Anne Powell for the highest residential property sold, Paul Sicari of the Bethany Beach office for the most challenging transaction, Andy Meddick of the Lewes office for top rental agent, and Michael Kennedy of the Lewes office for rookie of the year.

Those who attended Keller Williams Family Reunion also received special recognition: Barbara Carlson, Andy Staton, Paul Sicari, Erin Lee and Betty Krug.
