Lewes Presbyterian Church will host the Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner and Coat Ministry Sunday, Nov. 20, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the church, 133 Kings Highway Lewes. Volunteers are from Lewes Presbyterian Church, Delaware Seashore Parrotheads and the Knights of Columbus.
Everyone is invited to the Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner for a great meal, good fellowship and awesome homemade pies and desserts. Coats will be given to children and adults in need. There is no cost for the meal or for the coat(s).
Anyone who has any gently used coats can bring them to the church office, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. (closed: noon – 1 p.m. daily) by Friday, Nov. 18. Financial donations to purchase new coats will be accepted.
