Lewes realtor Graves Carey earns Accredited Residential Manager certification

Graves Carey, rental manager of 360 Property Solutions headquartered in Lewes, has earned the Accredited Residential Manager certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The ARM certification is awarded to managers of residential real estate properties who have met the institute’s stringent requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. ARM members must also abide by the rigorous IREM Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the institute.

Graves has been a Realtor since 2001 and earned his real estate broker license in 2006. He is the broker of 360 Property Solution in Lewes. In his 15 years in the local real estate business, he has helped buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals. Graves is also involved in the local Realtor board serving as a director and past MLS chairman.
