Lewes Rotary seeks historic mementos for library exhibit in February

January 20, 2017

In celebration of its 88th year of incorporation in Lewes, The Rotary Club will display an exhibit in the Lewes Public Library lobby for the month of February. Its rich history will come alive with historic photos and archives as well as information on its past, present and future.

The Rotary touches many lives with the success of its programs and services. Viewers will see Rotary's milestones over the last century and learn more on how to get involved with one of the area's oldest and most active organizations.

In an effort to share its history, the Rotary is reaching out to the community to come forward with photos and other tangible items that touch on how the organization came to be as well as information on any of its accomplishments, events and members.

Anyone with items of information to share for this temporary exhibit should contact Dave Keller at 301-404-8327. All items will be secured in a locked display case and returned in early March.
