Linda Lizzio awarded Certified Residential Specialist designation

August 29, 2016

Linda Lizzio of Rehoboth Beach has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest nonprofit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Lizzio will continue to focus on working with Delaware home sellers and buyers from the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area looking for second homes or retirement homes.

Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. Only 3 percent of Realtors nationwide have earned the credential.

Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS designees subscribe to the strict Realtor code of ethics, have been trained to use the latest tactics and technologies and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

Lizzio is an associate broker with Long and Foster and Christies International. She is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors as well as the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. Lizzio is licensed in Delaware, as well as Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. To best meet the second home needs of her clients from the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Lizzio has offices in both Rehoboth Beach and Bethesda, Md.

"Clients value knowledge and experience. So, I strive to stay current on new laws as well as strategies and techniques that will earn positive results for my clients," said Lizzio.
