Long & Foster announces September top producers

Long & Foster announced its top producers for September 2017 for its Lewes and Rehoboth Beach offices.

The Delaware Group has been named Top Listing Agents, Top Selling Agents and Agents with the Most Sold Units for the Lewes office at 117 Savannah Road

Carol Materniak, branch manager for the Long and Foster Lewes and Rehoboth Beach offices, said, "The newly formed Delaware Group members are Jaime Hurlock, a consistent top producer since 2014; Joshua Rash, a go-getter that is quickly rising to the top; and Jennifer Hurlock, who recently joined the Delaware Group."

All three team members belong to the Sussex County Association of Realtors and New Castle County Board of Realtors.

The Mike Kogler Team has been recognized as Agent with the Most Listings for the Rehoboth Beach office.

"Mike is an exceptional team leader, always available and stays on top of their many transactions," said Materniak. Kogler and his team members Candy Williams and Carol Lazzara have 37 years of combined real estate experience.

Bill Cullin, with sales in excess of $4.3 million, has been recognized as Agent with the Highest Dollar Volume and the Most Units Sold.
