Long Neck CHEER Center Director Lori Workman spoke to AARP Chapter 4903 members during their Nov. 29 luncheon meeting.
Workman highlighted the vast number of programs for mature adults provided by her center, from nutritious lunches and special dinners to shopping trips, Zumba, yoga, tai chi, bingo, line dancing, daily transportation and bus trips.
She enthusiastically told attendees about MINGO, pickleball and seasonal wreath-making.
