Luther M. Hearn Jr., 86, of Lewes, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes. He was born Wednesday, July 15, 1931, in Wilmington, son of the late Luther M. Hearn Sr. and Leona (Harris) Hearn.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Hearn was preceded in death by his late wife, Patricia (Lowe) Hearn; and his daughter, Randi Lee Hearn in 2011. He is survived by his loving wife, Jane E. (Booth) Hearn of Lewes; his son, Luther (Chip) Hearn III; his daughters, Tracey Alvarez and her husband Joseph, and Alison Bailey-Walsh and her husband Michael; his stepchildren, Cherri Perschmann and her husband Erik, Guy Wesson and his wife Crystal, and Emily Boyle; his 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
All services are private. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
