Lyons-Adkins engagement announced

Mrs. Patricia Lyons of Milton is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Shelby Lynn Lyons of Wilmington, to JR Adkins of Wilmington, son of Mr. Randall Adkins of Wilmington and Mrs. Anne Marie Gromis of Harbeson. 
The bride-to-be is a 2010 graduate of Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes. She is a student pursuing a degree in human services. The groom-elect is also a 2010 graduate of Cape Henlopen High School and a 2012 graduate of Universal Technical Institute, Exton, Pa. He is employed as a machinist/engine builder by ACA Performance, Newark. A May 13, 2017 wedding is planned.
