Pereira, who graduated from the University of Baltimore, is a public service retiree with two years of real estate experience. Originally from Baltimore, Pereira currently lives in Rehoboth Beach and is active in the local community as president of her neighborhood’s homeowners association. She enjoys golf and travel.
