The Milton 11-12 All-Star team went for the championship July 16 in Millsboro. 

Milton advanced to the title game with a 17-0 win over Lewes/Rehoboth in the semifinals July 14.

Milton’s Malikye Wells slammed two home runs in the midst of a 3-for-4 night at the plate, driving in six runs. He also picked up the win on the mound, striking out four Lewes/Rehoboth batters while allowing just two hits.

Timmy Hitchcock added a homer and picked up four RBIs and pitched 2.1 innings, striking out two. Paris Mitchell hit his second homer in as many games.

Milton faced Nanticoke, a team it previously defeated in the opening round of the tournament 7-6 in seven innings. Nanticoke has strung together four straight wins to get another shot at Milton.
