Milton Elementary holds pep rally to reward good behavior

October 11, 2016

Milton Elementary School held a pep rally Sept. 30 celebrating students’ good behavior over the course of the month. Only those who conducted themselves in a well-behaved manner were eligible to attend.

Also in attendance were the Cape Henlopen High School fall teams: soccer, football, volleyball, field hockey, cheerleading and even the band. Members from each team showcased their skills, and actively engaged the younger students in each activity.

“It was truly an amazing experience for all the MES students” said Beth Conaway, Milton Elementary principal. “The high school student interactions with the MES students not only made it memorable, but also gave the MES students something to aspire to as well.”
