Mispillion Art League sets classes Nov. 3, 12
Mispillion Art League Gallery in Milford has set two classes for adults in November.
Figure Drawing for Adults is set 6:30 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 3. The session is open to all; any level of experience is welcome. A live, clothed model will be present. Attendees should bring a sketch pad, pencils, charcoal or pastels. The session will be led by experienced figure artists. A $5 donation to the model is suggested.
Fall Fruits in Watercolor with Kelly Sverduk is set for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12 and is open to ages 16 through adult. Attendees will enhance watercolor skills or start from scratch with this workshop geared towards beginner or intermediate artists. The class will focus on techniques for painting life-like fall fruits, with emphasis on paint mixing, washes and textures.
