Mr. P's donates pizza for Shields fourth-grade party

July 2, 2017

Fourth-grade students at Shields Elementary School in Lewes decided to have a pizza party for their Positive Behavioral Support celebration.

When Rick Thomas, owner of Mr. P's Pizza, was contacted about a price for the pizzas, he didn't hesitate to help by donating, making the pizza party possible.

To show their appreciation, students created a sign that they presented to Thomas when he and his employees delivered 56 pizzas to the school. Thomas then visited every classroom to make sure his customers were satisfied. He was greeted with smiles, shouts of appreciation and many thumbs-up.

Mr. P's Pizza is on Kings Highway in Lewes.
