The logic behind the voting changes in Rehoboth Beach is a mystery to me. Where is the initiative coming from other than Mayor Kuhns and Kathy McGinnis who lamely cite "people they have talked to." Who?
The proposal reeks of intrigue and sets up permanent pressure on Rehoboth's desire to remain a small town.
I strongly oppose this bad idea.
