New hires announced at Delaware Hospice

Delaware Hospice has announced additions of the following individuals to its staff:

• Michelle L.M. Baker, RN, of Frankford as a registered nurse. Baker received her BSN from Salisbury State University, Maryland.

• Mary Ellen Edge, RN, LCSW, of Milton as a palliative social worker. Edge received her MSW and BSN from the Simmons College School of Social Work, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.

• Ashley Hickman of Millsboro as a certified nursing assistant.

• Lucretia Jones of Dover as a certified nursing assistant.

• Toshi D. Reynolds as a certified nursing assistant. Reynolds comes from an extensive background of healthcare work including as a registrar for diagnostics.

• Lin Simon of Rehoboth Beach as a quality outcomes specialist. Besides being a certified hospice and palliative care nurse, Simon holds a PhD in nursing: ethics, health administration and public policy from George Mason University, Va. She has over 20 years of experience in palliative care of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and their families in a community setting.

• Anthony Zarrello as executive chef. Zarrello was executive chef for Connections Community Support Program and sous chef for Cambridge Yacht Club.
