Coffee with a Cop Oct. 4 set in Rehoboth
Coffee with a Cop is part of a national movement focused on building trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve. Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach police officers look forward to answering residents' questions about public safety in Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, offering crime prevention tips or just saying hello. This program will be presented at the Rehoboth Beach Public Library Wednesday, Oct. 4, at 2 p.m.

Inland Bays advisory committee to meet
The Delaware Center for the Inland Bays Citizen's Advisory Committee will meet at 5 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 21, at the center's office on Inlet Road in Rehoboth Beach. The committee will discuss its Your Creek project, the center's Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan, and other business items.

Lewes Planning Commission to meet
The Lewes Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 20, at city hall. The group will consider a request for a minor subdivision of property at 421 Paynter Ave. into two lots. The commission will also discuss an implementation strategy for recommendations from Environmental Resources Management Inc. regarding the marine-commercial district.

Child Support Services offices closed Sept. 22
The Division of Child Support Services offices in all three counties will be closed Friday, Sept. 22, due to a staff meeting.
Child support customers who have in-person business are encouraged to come earlier in the week. Account information can be accessed by calling the Automated Assistance Line at 302-577-7171 or logging into the Customer Website.
