Debbie’s Fund awarded a grant to One Dog More, a Dover nonprofit rescue group that offers dogs and cats for adoption.
Debbie's Fund is part of Debra L. Sipple Memorial Inc,. a Milford-based charity that has supported animal shelters in Kent and Sussex counties since 2004.
