Positioning of bike articles interesting
I found it ironic your placement of the Sept. 9 edition headline article "Rehoboth accused of waging war on bikes" continued onto a page shared with an article touting the growth of bicycle riding due to the additional trails in this area.
It is rather contradictory: biking is wonderful here, unless you are biking in Rehoboth.
