Primeros Pasos thanks MOMS Club

January 16, 2018

Primeros Pasos Early Learning Center located in Georgetown would like to thank the MOMS Club of Coastal Delaware for selecting our nonprofit organization as the recipient of the funds raised at their annual consignment sale which was held Oct. 14-15.

The board of directors, staff, parents and children of Primeros Pasos are very grateful for their generosity. Their donation of $4,350 will be used for furnishings and instructional supplies for the classrooms.

We would like to also commend the MOMS Club for their hard work and dedication to service to others. The weekend of the consignment sale takes a lot of work and participation from the members of the club. Their commitment to helping nonprofits that are in need of assistance is amazing.

In order to hold their annual consignment sale, they need to have a lot of supplies such as clothing racks, hangers, tables, baskets and display racks to hold all of the items for sale. That means all of this equipment needs to be stored from year to year. Currently they rent storage space for these items.

It would be wonderful if a storage unit could be made available to the club at a reasonable discounted rate. If anyone can help them out, please contact them at www.momsclubsale.com.

Once again, Primeros Pasos Early Learning Center is very grateful to the MOMS Club of Coastal Delaware.

Sandy Baker
president, Board of Directors for Primeros Pasos Inc.
