Purchase tickets by April 21 for Milton Historical Society volunteer recognition dinner
The Milton Historical Society will host its annual dinner to honor volunteers and members at 5 p.m., Saturday, April 28, at the Rookery North Golf Course in Milford. This event provides an enjoyable evening for friends to socialize and celebrate. It is thanks to the generous support of volunteers, members and the community that MHS is able to fulfill its mission of increasing public understanding and appreciation of the history of Milton and the Broadkill Hundred.
The seasonal menu includes fresh garden salad, rolls and butter, green beans, roasted red potatoes, chicken parmesan, beef burgundy, cake, iced tea and coffee. A cash bar will offer soda, beer and wine. Board President Marie Mayor and Director Kimberly Fabbri will provide a short program and present awards to the 2018 Volunteers of the Year.
