Race for the Ribbon raises $18,000 from this year's event

Race for the Ribbon raised a record-breaking $18,000 through this year's 5K and silent auction event. The event was held July 15 in Rehoboth Beach and had the second-best turnout in the 10 years the event has been held. There were 394 registered participants and 368 finishers. $10,000 was donated to the family of Gabriella Brittingham and the remainder was donated to the American Cancer Society.
