Ceremonies in the Cape Region observed Veterans Day, a celebration to recognize veterans from all of this country's conflicts. VFW Post 7447, Cape Henlopen JROTC color guard, Cape Band, American Legion Post 5, Civil Air Patrol, Cape Henlopen Elks Lodge 2540 and Delaware Society Sons of the American Revolution, local dignitaries, veterans and citizens braved the chill of the ocean breeze Nov. 11 to pay tribute to these brave men and women.
