Ribbon cutting held for Mark Fritschle Group office in Fenwick
The Mark Fritschle Group at Condominium Realty Ltd. celebrated the opening of its Fenwick Island location by hosting a ribbon cutting with the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce March 16. The celebration included a crowd of friends, family, clients and chamber members. Lunch was catered by Surf’s Edge Deli & Pizzeria.
The Fenwick Island location is the group’s second office, and its first in Delaware. The Mark Fritschle Group is a family-owned and -operated real estate company dedicated to the local market.
“This was a dream that Mark and I shared together. Our company has represented the area for many years, and I am extremely excited to have an office in Delaware,” said Lora Fritschle.
