Richard B. Keener, retired office manager
Mr. Richard B. Keener, 90, of Selbyville passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016.
Richard was born June 23, 1926, in Brave, Pa., to the late Merle and Belle Huffman Keener.
He retired from Consolidated Natural Gas, where he worked as an office manager. Richard was a U.S. Air Force World War II Veteran. He enjoyed hunting, golfing and traveling and loved the Eastern Shore. He was a kind and loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Marjorie Keener of Selbyville; a daughter, Barbara S. Gatski and her husband John McMullan of Salisbury, Conn.; two sons, Richard B. Keener Jr. and his wife Donna of Apollo Beach, Fla., and Robert S. Keener and his wife Debbie of Clifton, Va.; along with a brother, Edison Keener of Florida as well as six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services and burial will be held privately. Arrangements by Watson Funeral Home, Millsboro.
