A range of custom designs were available for $15 which included all-you-can-eat soup.

The Salvation Army Delaware held its 4th Annual Souper Bowl Feb. 24 at Nicola Pizza in Rehoboth Beach.
This fundraising event supports the Salvation Army’s programs. All of the money stays in Sussex County.
Artists from Salvation Army’s Creative heARTS painted cups and bowls that were available for sale. They included all-you-can-eat soup and chili from local restaurants. Also featured at the event were raffles with prizes from local businesses.
