Sussex County Planning and Zoning Department went the Iron Maiden route.
This adorable scarecrow is on East Market Street.
Some are a little creepier than others.

It’s that time of year again, where scarecrows take their posts on the streets of Georgetown. Businesses and county departments all get in on the fun with an array of straw creations. Most scarecrows can be found on South Bedford and East Market streets.
