Ghosts, witches, zombies and super heroes have invaded the Rehoboth-Dewey area. The 28th annual Sea Witch Festival in Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach is underway with a full slate of events Friday, Oct. 27, Saturday, Oct. 28, and Sunday, Oct. 29.
