Shields students win Lewes fire prevention awards

Members of the Lewes Fire Department present fire prevention poster and essay contest awards to Richard Shields Elementary School students during a Jan. 13 ceremony. First, second and third graders competed in the poster contest and fourth and fifth graders competed in the essay contest.
